This insole is made entirely of extra thick Noene material but still only 4mm thick and still very light!

Suited for all sports and activities for users over 95kg (For those weighing less than 95kg we recommend NO2).

•Ideal for indoor, outdoor and extreme sports, including; walking, running, football, rugby, hockey, tennis, all indoor sports, parachuting, paragliding as well as for military and special forces personnel.
•Suit any shoe type.
