This is a rare occurrence with Op Zulu. They do have a 6 month warranty and it can be replaced.

Never be lost for a pen again. Allows for safe and secure storage for 2 pens with little fear of them falling ever out. The pouch is flexible between the risk of damaging the pens whilst preventing the pouch from becoming ridged and injuring the wearer.
