The Protec 2" duty belt is manufactured from a nylon cordura material. It has a velcro lining, and will accommodate most issue pouches.
The belt comes with a tri-lock, three point release buckle. This type of buckle requires two fingers and a thumb to undo it, and this prevents a situation you get with two point releases where people stood to your front can undo your belt. This type of belt buckle will also ensure you don't need to use a buckle cover.

I have owned this belt for about 1 month now and I have to say it's an excellent belt for the price. The 'Tri-Lock' system keeps the belt really secure and the belt itself is rigid enough to hold your kit in the right place. It is also very adustable in size.
