The Viper security belt patrol system includes: mobile phone holder, glove pouch, torch/baton holder, handcuff pouch, key keeper, belt keeper & notebook holder. All on a belt with quick- release buckle. It will fit up-to size 40". 

It's fitted with a three point release buckle, requiring 2 fingers and a thumb to release it. This prevents a situation you get with 2 point releases where people stood to your front can undo your belt.
