The ASP Sidebreak baton holder scabbard holds the baton firmly in place without the need for flaps or catches that might impede its speedy withdrawl. This holds a baton which is 26" long in its extended position.
The 26" scabbard is also good for holding a 21" baton that is fitted with a leverage cap.
Each Sidebreak Scabbard incorporates premium polymer construction in a patented design. Scabbards may be clipped on and off or permanently attached to the duty belt. Additionally, it will accomodate either a closed or fully extended baton making it perfect for normal duty or public order applications.
The patented Brake Shoe assures the retention of the baton and prevents a collapsed baton from shaking open. The scabbard rotates to 12 distinct positions by clicking into place. This means that it takes up very little space on the belt but can hold your baton at exacty the right angle for your method of draw. This also makes it ambidextrous.
