• Items should be returned together with this returns form.
• Items should be returned with their original undamaged packaging. Damaged packaging will result in a restocking fee being applied.
• Items with damaged packaging will only be accepted if they are faulty.
• We recommend that goods are returned by registered post. If goods are not sent by registered post, we cannot be held responsible if they do not reach us.
• Please ensure that returned goods are well packed to prevent damage.
• Some goods are covered by the manufacturers' warranty and you are requested to comply with the manufacturers' directions pertaining to them.
• Where items are faulty or incorrect PatrolStore will refund the cost of returning the item up to Royal Mail First Class Signed for, Royal Mail Standard Parcel or Parcel Force 48. Any additional cost of returning the goods by another method other than those stated will be met by the customer.
